Detox your body we all live in a highly toxic world, even our own homes are covered in toxins that we may not be aware of.
Paints, solvents, wood preservatives, foam formaldehyde in sofas and mattresses,
carpets and even bedding are all sources of highly toxic chemicals that can leave us with a variety of symptoms.
These toxins build up in the body and if we do
not know how to get rid of them they can cause more complicated illnesses later down the track.
So how do we get rid of toxins in the body?
As mentioned in the previous section exercise should be a regular part of your routine.
It will increase blood flow, make you sweat and cause you to breathe more deeply, thus eliminating toxins through your sweat and breath.
Drink Lots of Water

You can often find portable Reverse Osmosis machines that can be attached directly to the faucet.
Fluoride has been shown to cause calcification in arteries, joints and ligaments and displaces other minerals in the bone,
which can lead to a weakening of the bones and fractures, among other things, so it’s best to remove it if possible.
One of the best things I have done is to buy a juicing machine. Not only can you get all the nutrients you need in a format that is easily absorbable by the body,
but it gives the digestive system a rest as your body is not trying to digest difficult foods.
An important note on this is that the juice should be consumed immediately after making it as juice tends to oxidize very quickly meaning it will lose its nutritious value if you leave it out before drinking.(smoothie recipes)
Try the following juice
for a drink that is loaded with vitamins and that will cleanse your system:
Handful of grapes
A few strawberries
Peel the orange, apple and kiwi.
Put all fruit in juicer and pour into a glass over ice.

Your body’s intricate systems reacts differently to the various ingredients in the products.
This leads to many products for the different systems to get the best results.
The products vary according to use such as flushing out the bowels, the liver, the urinary system and the cardio vascular system.
The most common known detox is the eat and live healthy method.
This method includes drinking 8 glasses of water or about 2 quarts or of water and increasing your fiber intake.
Other methods to clean out the body include a smoothie made
by blending 1 cup kale remove stems, 1 cup chopped peeled apples remove cores, 1 peeled banana
and 1 cup water added as needed to thin to desired thickness in the blender adding more water as needed.
Other methods include juices such as carrot, kale, cabbage, apple, beets, cranberry and pineapple juices to detox the body.
A drink made by making fresh lemon aide sweetened with maple syrup and
adding a splash of Louisiana hot sauce or cayenne pepper to it is an excellent detox drink.
To detox the digestive system simply increase the fiber by eating more vegetables, salads and fruits.
The benefits of these actions will be noticeable both to yourself and others. Remember a healthy diet has no equal for your good health.
Always seek sound medical advice when changing your diet and exercise norms.

Just like you give your body a washing on the outside, it is essential that you do the same to the inside of your body.
And that is what a detox is all about.
But how often, and for how long should you detox? The answer is simple, just listen to your body, it will let you know.
As the toxins build up in your body, your internal organs begin to feel the strain,
and they will communicate that to the rest of your body. So the first thing you will begin to feel is tiredness, or sluggishness.
The energy you had will begin to diminish along with the clarity of your mind.
These are the first signals the body will give you to let you know it is time to detoxify.
If you listen to them and take care of yourself, then you will be good as new again, but if you ignore those signs and continue with your daily routine you could end up with serious illnesses.
If the toxins are left in your body you will begin to experience headaches, muscle pains, depression and mood swings, acne, high blood pressure and a weakened immune system.
Eventually, if these toxins are not dealt with they will cause degenerative diseases such as diabetes, Parkinsons, alzheimers, and cancers.
If you have never gone through a detoxification then now is the time to do so. Then after your first detox, you should aim to do it several times per year.
After the holidays, or after any time when you have been putting any toxic foods into your body.
Toxic foods are processed foods and even some cooked foods can become toxic.
Meat and dairy products should be avoided whenever possible as they will pollute your body.
As you are detoxifying your body will let you know when it is ready to stop. Once you begin to feel too tired or weak then you need to stop.
that detoxifying does not happen in one step, but rather it takes several detoxification periods.
The first time you do it, you may only last a day or two, but then the next time will be easier and you’ll be able to it for a longer period time.
